HOW SUKRIN CAME TO BE IN AUSTRALIA
My name is Rachelle and I started to import and distribute Sukrin to Australia and NZ in February 2018. I work from home in Perth, Western Australia.
I found Sukrin during a period of my life when I was trying to overcome an auto-immune condition called Sarcoidosis. I needed to decrease systemic inflammation and began a keto journey long before Keto became a very common way of eating (WOE). I was certainly averse to using artificial sweeteners, so I searched and found the ‘SUKRIN’ range of sweeteners, a great NATURAL, NON-GMO product. I was additionally drawn to the product realising that this would be a great high-quality sugar substitute that my teenage Type 1 diabetic daughter would be able to eat without affecting her blood glucose levels.
As I come from a science background the studies that Sukrin presented were very important in my choice of the product. Good quality studies showing they do not affect the body’s blood sugar or insulin levels. They also contain zero calories and zero carbohydrates.
I believe it was quite fateful as I needed and wanted the product and they needed a distributor in Australia, and so the story began…………….
It is my aim to grow my business and bring in as many of the wonderful products that Sukrin have available for the Australian and New Zealand people. I am passionate about provide excellent, healthy food choices for people to improve their health and wellbeing.
