A wonderful combination of peanuts and chocolate that will appeal to both young and old.

Ingredients
400g finely ground almonds
- 200g salty peanuts
-
100g Sukrin Icing
- 2 eggs
- 100 g melted butter
-
100 g Sukrin Milk Chocolate or Sugar Free dark chocolate
- 150 g peanut butter
- 50 g butter
- 2 tablespoons cream
Base
Peanut Icing
Directions
Base
Lightly grind the peanuts with a hand mixer or in a food processor, so that you get a mixture of finely ground and coarse peanuts. Mix the ground peanuts together with finely ground almonds and Sukrin Icing.
Lightly beat the eggs together before adding it to the peanut mixture. Mix well with a spoon. Finally, stir in the butter.
Spread the batter in a small, long pan and bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Peanut Icing
Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt all the ingredients together in a saucepan. Allow the icing to cool slightly before spreading it over the cake.
Put the peanut cake in the fridge so that the icing hardens. Cut the cake into squares, or use gingerbread molds to cut out nice shapes.
