Almond buttons are delicious and crispy almond bites. This variant is both gluten and sugar-free, and goes great with coffee and tea.
1 egg white
150ml finely ground almonds
2-3 tbsp. Sukrin Gold
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all the ingredients together. Shape little bite-sized buttons with your hands, or use a piping bag with a large opening.
Bake the almond buttons on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
Makes 20-30 almond buttons
For an extra treat, dip the almond buttons in melted chocolate after they’ve cooled completely.
